#236. Unique shaped Shakudo of what looks like a robed figure holding a mask. Possibly depicting theatre scene. Shakudo is a Japanese alloy of gold & copper (typically 4–10% gold, 96–90% copper), which can be treated to develop a black, or sometimes indigo, patina, resembling lacquer. Possibly a piece made into a button later. NBS Large (1 5/8”)
Session 4 - ending time 7:00pm EST
